Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions below regulate the use of the All At Sea store localized on web address www.allatseacph.com. The conditions follow the statutory regulations of the Danish Act of Sales and other statutory Danish regulations concerning online consumer sales.
You can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa-Electron and American Express. Prices do not include payment or delivery charge. All prices can be displayed in DKK. The amount will be deducted from your account, when purchased item(s) leaves our stock.

Your payment needs to be in our possession 3 days after your order at the latest. The topic of the payment should be your order number so we can identify your payment.
You can safely use your credit card on our web shop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure - a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
The price of each product is stated in [DKK] excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the Danish rate of VAT (25%) and all import taxes within the EU.
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.
We reserve the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process. We do however take reservations for typing errors.
Complaints and Faulty Delivered Goods
If you have received a faulty item, or if it is not the product on your invoice, you will be returned simply as described above. If we believe that your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product free shipping and will refund your shipping costs equal to the cost of postage for a B-letter. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item. For EU costumers, if your case has been mistreated or we have not together reached a final solution, you can as a final doing submit a complaint to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/odr
All items are shipped by parcel post with GLS, UPS or DHL. You therefore have the opportunity to follow your package via track and trace from shipping it until it is delivered. For packages delivered within Denmark we use GLS. If your delivery address is a business address it will be delivered directly. If your address is private, the package will be delivered to the GLS Pakkeshop closest to you where you can pick it up. Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact email@example.com
You have the right to return your purchases in a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. Return is only possible if the purchased goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. This implies that the goods are unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
When exercising your right to return an item the shipment is paid by the customer. When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name, address and account no. All At Sea will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after receiving the returned products.
Christmas shopping 2017
Items purchased as Christmas presents may be returned until January 6th 2018.
It is our ambition that the website is always up and running, however we cannot guarantee this.
We cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures in the All At Sea store can differ from their actual colours. All At Sea cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
All products are also covered by a 2 year warranty, under condition that the product has not been mishandled. This means that you either get the item you bought repaired or replaced, refunded or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Lack of conformity
If the purchased goods are damaged in any way or lacking the conformity stated by the contract by the time of delivery, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will under the rules of The Danish Sale of Goods Act remedy the lack of conformity if the complaint is rightful.
When contacting us explain in detail the lack of conformity. Complaints must be filled within reasonable time after delivery. We will naturally refund shipping expenses in relation to a rightful complaint.
When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name, address and account no. All At Sea will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
